OVERVIEW
I have worked with individuals with special needs for over thirty years and in the field of speech-language pathology for over twenty. I enjoy working with children of all ages. I particularly enjoy working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders and with adolescents with higher-level language needs. I work with children who have language delays, learning differences, apraxia of speech, social language delays and articulation disorders. I provide one-on-one therapy, group therapy for social language delays, educational consultation and school planning in conjunction with families and their school staff as well as parent guidance and support for home programming. I believe coordinated care across environments is the key to a child’s success. I am a strong proponent of a family’s involvement with all aspects of assessment and intervention.
