Please follow CDC guidelines and stay home if you or your child has tested positive for COVID-19. Please follow guidelines regarding COVID-19 exposures and pending tests. Our clinic is currently mask-optional as we are a low risk health care setting that does not provide treatment for illness. Your provider may request masking, and you may also request masking by your provider for your family's visits.
